  1. Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis ("St. Louis Fed," "we," or "us") operates a website (the “Website”) available at www.federalreserveeducation.org and www.fre.org that, among other things, allows users to access and view educational content. The following terms and conditions (together with any additional terms incorporated herein, the "Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of the Website, whether as a guest or a registered user.
  2. Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you use the Website. By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy (as updated from time-to-time), which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.
  1. Changes to the Terms of Use
  1. We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice on or prior to the date the change is posted on the Website.
  2. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page each time you access this Website, so you are aware of any changes.
  1. Accessing the Website and Account Security
  2. Intellectual Property Rights
  1. Subject to these Terms of Use and your compliance therewith, you are authorized to use the Website, and to reproduce and distribute educational content in their entirety, for non-commercial, research or other educational purposes, provided that (i) all copyright notices are kept intact, (ii) you do not modify the content in any way, (iii) your use of the educational content is not excessive, and (iv) you do not replicate, or attempt to replicate, the essential user experience of the Website.
  2. We reserve the right to cease providing or amend this Website, and any service or content we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
  3. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment and ancillary services needed to connect to, access or otherwise use the Website and for maintaining the security of the password for your Account.
  4. To access certain portions or features of the Website, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information to create an account (an “Account”). It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current and complete. You agree that all information you provide to us is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
  5. Portions of the Website available to different Website visitors may vary. No Website user has access to all portions of the Website. You agree not to use or access, or attempt to use or access, any portion of the Website for which you are not intentionally given access to by us.
  6. If you choose, or are provided with, a username, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security.
