Spanish Videos Now Available on FRE

Federal Reserve Education recently released six new video resources for Spanish language learners allowing students to better understand economic and personal finance topics.  While the content is not different from the English language version, the visuals have been redesigned to reflect Spanish terms, closed captioning, and transcripts have been updated, and the posttest questions, multiple-choice options and answers are also translated for students’ convenience.

The six video assignments cover a wide variety of economic and personal finance topics:

Circular Flow
Compound Interest
Gross Domestic Product
Inflation
There Is No Such as a Free Lunch (Scarcity)
Unemployment

By creating a free account on FRE.org, this resource can be easily assigned to your students using Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Canvas, Google Classroom, and Schoology. The assignment contains a self-grading, multiple-choice assessment for the convenience of both teachers and students. Our tutorial page will help you get started.
