New Resource: Identity Theft Infographic

Atlanta Identity Theft Infographic Banner

It’s never too early to introduce students to be mindful of safeguarding the data that connects them to their financial and personal details.

In a colorful and engaging way this illustration defines what Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is, the types and examples of fraud tactics that use it, and strategies on how to stay vigilant.

Teachers can download a PDF of the infographic for use online, or, with a few clicks, order a physical copy of the poster to be shipped to their classroom for free.

This illustration is part of a larger series that covers a wide array of economics and personal finance topics developed by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

The infographic pairs well with an active learning lesson plan, The Three D’s of Identity Theft that is also available on FRE.org.  Explore and download both for free today using the link below.
