Federal Reserve Education is proud to release the Keys to Financial Success curriculum, a comprehensive plan for teaching a semester course on personal finance.
The curriculum contains 40 newly revised, active-learning lessons designed to teach high school students how to make sound financial decisions and manage their own personal finances. Each lesson contains step-by-step instructions for the teacher, all handouts and PowerPoint slides needed to present materials to students, and built-in assessments with answer keys to evaluate students' learning.
These lessons allow students to use their critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a collaborative learning environment.
The Keys to Financial Success curriculum was created as a partnership between the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and the Center for Economic Education and Entrepreneurship at the University of Delaware.
