Todd Zartman is the economic education manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Todd earned a B.S. in education from Delaware Valley College and a B.A. in speech communications from the University of Richmond. He earned a master’s degree in economic education and entrepreneurship from the University of Delaware. Before joining the Bank in 2004, Todd was a teacher at Palisades High School in Kintnersville, PA and Liberty High School in Bethlehem, PA.
