Andrew is an assistant vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, leading the economic education program since 2002. He served on writing committees for National Standards for Financial Literacy, Test of Financial Literacy, and Middle School World History, and contributed to High School Economics. Hill's awards in economic education include the Bessie B. Moore Service Award, James B. O'Neill Multiplier Award, and John C. Shramm Leadership Award. He publishes in economic education journals and develops K-12 classroom materials.
